Hi, I'm Brittany!

While my career didn't start in Human Resources, I built my foundation on the operational front lines. With over a decade of leadership experience in the sales and food/beverage industries, I saw firsthand what happens when a growing business outpaces its HR infrastructure.

My time at Starbucks, a company famous for investing in its people, provided the contrast that inspired me to pursue HR as a career. After earning my undergraduate degree in the field, I am now completing a dual MBA and MS in Data Science at Eastern University. This, combined with my years as a District Manager, allows me to bridge the gap between high-level data and boots-on-the-ground reality.

I founded LSPT because every business deserves an advisor who understands where operations and HR intersect. My goal is to deeply understand your culture so that every strategy we create reflects the “people side” of the business as the powerhouse it truly is.
